Pro-Composites New CNC Foam Cutter

To keep up with demand and to simplify manufacturing we purchased and built a CNC Foam cutter (Okay .. it's just plain fun too!).  All foam cores now supplied in the Personal Cruiser kit are CNC cut.

Capable of cutting foam blocks 23" high by 56" long and up to 50" wide.

Right tower with pivoting wire carriage for large taper cuts.

For the shop - a silicone keyboard which is easy to clean and keeps the dust out.

First project - cutting the lead edges of a Wittman wing tip.
