| Foam cores from Steve unboxed and bonded together. Lightly sanded to true them up. | Joggled the bottom for a later wrap of the leading edge, carbon fiber lay-up, and held down to cure. |
The tops of the flaps were laid-up and leading edge too. The lay-up table has a bend in it at the transition where the taper begins. |
