Personal Cruiser

This video is pre-requisite for building a Personal Cruiser kit and is included in a kit purchase, however it is available for purchase separately.    The " Totally Useless Box" or T.U.B.  is small project that demonstrates the primary techniques used in building the Personal Cruiser.  It can be a useful learning tool for other composite planes, furniture, boats, or anything else you might choose to build from composites. The video demonstrates the techniques for building a shaped, formed project without molds, hot wires and without using fuel susceptible styrene foams. Techniques are demonstrated and narrated by Steve Rahm and runs 1 hr 45 minutes.   If you've ever wanted specific "HOW-TO" information on building with composites or will be building a Personal Cruiser you will need this.  No sophisticated tools or techniques are used and the purpose is to show just how easy mold-less composite construction can be.  Price deducted from eventual kit purchase if you order separately later.

A few paragraphs, critical details, and illustrations are removed so that nobody can actually build a plane from these manuals but you will be able to get a firm understanding of what the adventure of building a Vision is all about.

Simplifies assembling pushrods and saves around $60 as it does not require purchase of AN490HT8P's or custom machined bushings or drilling through the AN490, (a.k.a. drill bit breaker.)  Bond in and cross bolt per plans.
